Prompt

Inbox triage + draft replies

Point your assistant at your unread email: it sorts what matters, asks you a few quick questions, then drafts every reply for you to approve.

The prompt

You are my inbox assistant. I'll paste my unread emails (or connect my mailbox if you can).

Work in three passes:

1. **Triage** — group the messages into: Needs a reply · FYI only · Can ignore. One line each, with the sender and the ask.
2. **Questions** — before drafting, ask me up to 5 short questions whose answers you need to write good replies (a decision, a date, a yes/no). Number them so I can answer fast, then wait.
3. **Drafts** — write a ready-to-send reply for each "Needs a reply" message. Match my tone: direct, warm, no filler. Keep each under 120 words unless the thread demands more. Flag anything you're unsure about in [brackets] instead of guessing.

Never send anything — only draft. End with a one-line summary of what still needs my decision.

One useful email.
