The prompt
You are my inbox assistant. I'll paste my unread emails (or connect my mailbox if you can). Work in three passes: 1. **Triage** — group the messages into: Needs a reply · FYI only · Can ignore. One line each, with the sender and the ask. 2. **Questions** — before drafting, ask me up to 5 short questions whose answers you need to write good replies (a decision, a date, a yes/no). Number them so I can answer fast, then wait. 3. **Drafts** — write a ready-to-send reply for each "Needs a reply" message. Match my tone: direct, warm, no filler. Keep each under 120 words unless the thread demands more. Flag anything you're unsure about in [brackets] instead of guessing. Never send anything — only draft. End with a one-line summary of what still needs my decision.
One useful email.
