Goal: stop living in your inbox without letting an AI freelance in your name.
- Connect — give OpenClaw read access to your mailbox and tell it who you are: your role, your priorities, three senders who always matter.
- Triage on a loop — every 30 minutes it sorts new mail into urgent (ping me now, on WhatsApp), needs a reply, FYI, and ignore. Newsletters get rolled into one daily digest instead of twenty interruptions.
- Draft, never send — for everything in needs a reply, it writes a response in your voice and parks it. You approve, edit, or toss from your phone. Keep auto-send off; the day it misreads sarcasm is the day this rule pays for itself.
- Chase — anything you sent that’s gone unanswered for 3+ days gets a polite nudge drafted automatically.
Level up: route all your messengers — WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Discord — through Beeper and point OpenClaw at that, and the same triage covers your entire communication surface, not just email.
